We sell physical music CDs through this website. All products are subject to availability. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes; minor variations in packaging may occur.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase via secure third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

  • UK orders are usually dispatched within one week of being placed

  • International delivery times vary depending on destination

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

 

International orders:
Buyers outside the UK may be charged import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

5. Returns & cancellations (your legal rights)

If you are purchasing from the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To cancel, please contact us within this period. You must then return the item within 14 days.

  • Returned CDs must be in resalable condition

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item

6. Faulty or damaged items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details (and photos if helpful). If required, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

7. Liability

We am not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as postal delays, customs processing, or force majeure events).

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
